Today, I received a lovely balloon boquet from my hubby; it is an early anniversary present. I smile every time I look at it; he is a sweet man. I ordered his present, but it might not be in until after our actual anniversary; junkers.

Frankie and I have not been on a double date since.... well, I'm not certain. We are going with B&K to Des Moines for our dual anniversary celebration. When B&K moved closer to us we swore we would get together and enjoy them and their family more. We haven't, we will.

In other news, (tee hee).

My dr gave me meds for migraines. I was spoiled and really didn't get migraines. On and off since the end of July I've been getting them. I thought it was hormones, then stress, then not sleeping very well, then not eating very much. When I'm kinnda stressed I think I'm starved, when I'm super stressed I don't eat at all or very little. Originally, I lost 5 lbs, now I'm maintaining because I've been low impact exercising instead of high; with the headache I just haven't felt up to running or high impact aerobics. During our nightly walk (a new tradtion I've come to cherish) Frankie gave me a pep talk. I only woke up once last night and was awake for only 38 minutes versus several hours.. so this is good.

Even though Frankie is no Joyce Meyer fan. I've been reading her book "Confident Woman" because it seems to help me.

I'm no super scrapper like Miss Ellen, but yesterday I did spend abt 6 hours sorting through pictures for scrap booking. I truly believed I would sort all of my stickers and die cuts too- nah didn't happen. However, I feel really GREAT abt what I sort because I hadn't sorted scrapping pictures since I was pregnant with Jewel. My hope is to be organized enough to complete a few pages very soon. Jewel has her own book that she completes pages in; not only does she do a really nice job, but she loves to scrapbook. I branched out and bought a 6x4 size book. I still complete all old school 8.5 x 11 size pages. I hope to use this book to create the Wisconsin Dells memory book. Okay, Sara, you can quit laughing now I know it was several years ago your parents took my kids to the Dells and I'm just now getting the pages started. In my defense, it took me 3 years to complete the Amber/Cannon's trip to K.C. with you and your mom pages, but they are fab looking pages!

Okay, I think my meds are increasing my loopy factor.

Smiles,
Jennifer
