WE DID NOT get sick with this batch of cheese. Nothing; I ate huge amounts so if I was going to get sick it would have happened. One large batch separarted into two spice groups-one traditional the other some lime thing (which I love lime but) the lime was weird. I love the traditional. We have a list of spices we wish to try.
