Cannon started playing the alto saxophone about 2 weeks ago. He is learning a lot and so far taking it very seriously. I have not had to remind him to practice;not even once. His goal is to get good enough to "play a solo for church" this was not prompted by me at all, but his idea; this idea coming from him made me feel very good. Cannon noted our church hasn't had an instrumental solo played for a long time (besides the regular piano offeratory).

I spied Happy Days season 1 at Wal-Mart for only $19.99. Hum.. I wonder how I can squeeze that into the budget. Facts of Life Season 3 came out this week as well. One of my fav. sites tvshowsondvd.com

My latest craving, not that anyone should care, has been/ continues to be peanut M&M's. Weird I know.

Starting Nov. 1st I will be selling Avon so if any of you are interested (I'm selling it not pushing it so only inquire if truly curious or interested. I hate pushy sells or guilt based sales) please let me know. My recruiter, Jeanette- a very dear friend of mine, is also not into pushy sales so she will be cool with my sales no matter what. I am very excited b/c I purchase a few of the products now and they are very reasonably prices and high quality so I am anxious to expand my knowledge base and use of their products. Avon is also a main sponsor of breast cancer cure/treatments/research which is a cause close to my heart so that is a bonus.

That is everything any of you might have wanted to know and more.

The quote I share for today is, "I find the great thing in this world is not so much where we stand as in what direction we are moving." Oliver Wendell Holmes.

Good evening to you all. I still need to prepare for teaching Sunday School tomorrow- I was suppose to hours ago, but also had to go into work to finish a project up and caught caught up in that. Don't forget to "fall back one hour".

Wow, I am very happy that you and Sara and Ellen have finally posted again. I was getting a little bored. :) My mother also loves peanut m&ms.

My vice is these little peppermints by Bob's Sweet Shop. They just melt in your mouth. Very addicting. Wish I had found them when I quit smoking. They certainly would have helped!
I, too, am glad to see you posting again! If you can find my email, send me your zip code. I can probably guess. I was actually putting an Avon order together online this morning, so I know exactly what I want.
    Toodles!
